Refund policy


Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of all Amy Marina Co. products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Every piece is made specifically for you — please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order. We embroider exactly what you enter!

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at amymarinaco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve any mistakes made on our end promptly, including a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Wholesale & Event Orders

Group orders of 5 or more pieces require a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of order. The remaining balance is due before shipment. All sales are final on group orders.
