Processing Time

All Amy Marina Co. items are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for your piece to be embroidered before it ships. This does not include weekends or holidays.

During busy seasons, processing may take a little longer — I'll always communicate any delays!

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $7.99 on all U.S. orders under $75. Orders over $75 ship free!

All U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipping.

Local Pickup — North Dallas, TX

Local pickup is available for customers in the North Dallas area! Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Once your order is ready, I'll reach out via email with pickup details and a time that works for us both.

Rush Orders

Need something sooner? Rush processing (3–5 business days) may be available for an additional fee. Please email amymarinaco@gmail.com before placing your order to confirm availability!

Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
