How long does it take to receive my order?

All items are made to order! Please allow 7–10 business days for embroidery, plus 3–5 business days for shipping. Total delivery is typically 10–15 business days from order date. Local pickup is also available in the North Dallas area!

Can I preview my personalization before ordering?

Yes! Each product page has a live preview tool so you can see your text in your chosen font and thread color before placing your order.

What if I make a typo in my personalization?

Please double-check your text before placing your order — we embroider exactly what you enter! If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away at amymarinaco@gmail.com and we'll do our best to catch it before production begins.

Do you offer group or wholesale pricing?

Yes! We offer group pricing for orders of 5 or more pieces. Visit our Wholesale & Events page and fill out the quote form — we'll get back to you within 24 hours!

Is local pickup available?

Yes! I offer local pickup in the North Dallas, TX area. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout and I'll reach out with details once your order is ready.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship to the contiguous United States only. Stay tuned for updates!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through Shopify's secure checkout.

Can each piece in a group order be different?

Absolutely! Each piece can be individually personalized with its own text, thread color, and font at no extra charge.
